Oh My Darlin'

I love clementines. It is too bad the season is so short, though. They are delicious, easy to share amongst a large group of people (perfect for potlucks), and make your hands smell good for a while. There is only one thing that can ruin a clementine for me: SEEDS. There is nothing worse than sitting down to enjoy a little citrus only to have to dislodge little seeds from the supposedly seedless segments. It’s time consuming and spoils the clementine experience. But, seeds aside, I enjoy the clementines while they are here. All too soon, they will be gone.
